Selling her Real Estate Office in the Houston area and moving to Arroyo City permanently in 1989, along with her husband, a retired airline pilot, Linda decided to open South Texas Resort Properties/dba STR Properties to specialize in the niche market of waterfront/waterview properties in Arroyo City – an area well known for its world-class shallow water fishing, and remarkable birding opportunities. Hello, my name is Lynn Koch and I would like to take a minute of your time to tell you a little bit about me. My husband Derek, our family and myself, all native Texans' found ourselves relocating to sunny South Texas in 1999, from East Texas. We've successfully raised two boys with the last one to graduate in June 2006, and is now  attending Texas A&M University @ College Station.  In 2002 my sister and I started "OnCall Answering Service" that has been growing every year since. This is when I found my love for the public and have developed into a multi-task individual.
